DOG (RESTRICTED BREEDS) REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 2002 - REG 9
9 . Person
under 18 not to be sold restricted breed dogs
A person must not sell
or otherwise transfer ownership of a restricted breed dog to a person under
the age of 18 years.
