Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) An application for
a determination under section 89A(3) of the Act is to be in the form of
Schedule 3 Form 3.
(2) Despite the
provisions of these regulations, a fee is not to be charged in respect of an
application referred to in subregulation (1).
