DISTRICT COURT RULES 2005 - REG 23

23 .         Terms used

                In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears —

        case management direction is defined by rule  24;

        enforcement order is defined by rule 25;

        mediator means a legally qualified registrar, or another person, who is approved as a mediator by the Chief Judge.
