Western Australian Consolidated Regulations In this Part, unless
the contrary intention appears —
appealable decision means an award, a
determination, a finding, a judgment or any other decision, that by virtue of
a written law may be the subject of an appeal to the Court but not a decision
of a registrar;
primary court in relation to an appealable
decision, means the court, tribunal, person or body that made the decision;
WCIMA appeal means an appeal under the
Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981 section
247(1).
