DISTRICT COURT RULES 2005 - REG 56

56 .         New grounds of appeal etc. only with leave

                Except with the leave of the Court, a party to an appeal is not entitled to seek any relief or rely on any ground that is not set out in the notice of appeal or the answer, as the case may be.
