Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) If the Court so
orders or another party so requests, a party that has filed an affidavit in
connection with an application must ensure that the person who made the
affidavit attends the hearing of the application in order to be cross
examined.
(2) If the person who
made the affidavit does not attend, his or her affidavit is inadmissible
except with the leave of the Court.
