the commencement —
(a) a
judge or a registrar has ordered under rule 61(2) that a hearing of an
application is to be subject to rule 61; and
(b) the
hearing has not been held but is due to be held within 7 days,
then rule 61(1),
(5) and (6) of the former rules applies to and in respect of the hearing.
