DIVIDING FENCES REGULATIONS 1971 - REG 3

3 .         Exclusion from meaning of “owner”

                Under and for the purposes of the Act “owner” does not include — 

            (a)         any trustees or other persons in whom land is vested; or

            (b)         a person who has the care, control and management of land used,

                for open spaces, streets, roads, or rights of way that are public.
