Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) In this
regulation, a card or authorisation is valid if —
(a) it
has not expired; and
(b) it
has not been cancelled; and
(c) it
has not been altered or defaced, whether permanently or temporarily.
(2) A person who has a
valid security card has a security clearance for the purposes of these
regulations.
(3) A person who has a
valid written authorisation, such as a licence or permit, that —
(a) is
issued under the law of another State or a Territory that corresponds to the
Act; and
(b)
authorises the individual to have unsupervised access to an explosive or an
SRS,
has a security
clearance for the purposes of these regulations unless the person’s
usual place of residence is in this State and has been for more than 3 months.
