Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) This regulation
applies if the holder of a licence becomes aware that information given by the
holder to the Chief Officer in, or in relation to, an application made under
regulation 157, 172 or 173 is or has become incorrect in a material respect.
(2) Within 14 days
after becoming aware of the matter, the holder must inform the Chief Officer
about the matter and give the correct information to the Chief Officer.
Penalty: a level 3 fine.
