Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The holder of an
explosives manufacture licence must keep a copy of the licence at any place to
which the licence relates.
(2) The occupier of a
place where any explosive is manufactured must ensure that a copy of the MSDS
for the explosive is kept at the place in a position that makes it easily
accessible to —
(a) any
person handling the explosive; and
(b) any
person treating an injury suffered when handling the explosive.
Penalty: a level 3 fine.
