AS 2187.2 means the Australian Standard AS
2187.2—2006, Explosives—Storage and use, Part 2: Use of explosives

2187.0.
(2) A reference in AS
2187 to “appropriate authority”, “regulatory
authority” or “regulatory authority having jurisdiction” is
to be taken for the purposes of these regulations to be a reference to the
Chief Officer.
(3) If a provision of
AS 2187 conflicts or is inconsistent with a provision of these regulations,
the provision of these regulations prevails.
