Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A person must not
record any information that the person knows is false or misleading in a plan,
record or report that is required to be made or kept under these regulations.
Penalty: a level 1 fine and imprisonment for 10
months.
(2) A person must not
give materially false or misleading information in, or in connection
with —
(a) any
notice that the person is required to give to another person under these
regulations; or
(b) an
application for or in relation to a licence; or
(c) any
other application that may be made under these regulations.
Penalty: a level 1 fine and imprisonment for 10
months.
