DISPOSAL OF UNCOLLECTED GOODS REGULATIONS 1971 - REG 8

8 .         Hearing where person served is absent

                If a person served with an application does not attend either in person or by his counsel or solicitor at the time and place fixed for the hearing of the application the court may make orders in his absence.
