Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A local government
may permit dogs to be registered for a 3 year period.
(2) The prescribed
proportion of the registration fee that shall be refunded under
section 19 of the Act is one‑third of the total registration fee
paid for the period in respect of each full year of that period not expired at
the time when the registration tag is returned to the local government.
