Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) For the purposes
of s. 11ZOD(1)(b) of the Act the following persons are prescribed —
(a) a
person who is a self‑contracting user;
(b) a
person who is a shipper;
(c) a
person who is a swing service provider.
(2) In
subregulation (1) —
self‑contracting user , shipper and swing
service provider have the meanings given to those terms in the retail market
rules for the distribution system concerned.
