Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) For the purposes
of section 21 of the Act, a person or an occupier of premises may be
requested to provide any or all of the kinds of information described in
Schedule 1.
(2) The reference in
Schedule 1 item 5 to energy infrastructure includes a reference to
apparatus, facilities, structures, plant and equipment associated with the
operation of such infrastructure.
