ELECTRICITY CORPORATIONS (TRANSITIONAL) REGULATIONS 2006 - REG 4

4 .         Function relating to unallocated assets and liabilities

                It is a function of WPC to do any thing that the Minister requires WPC to do for the purpose of —

            (a)         dealing with an asset or right; or

            (b)         discharging a liability,

                to which the Act section 169 applies.
