ENZOOTIC DISEASES REGULATIONS 1970 - REG 39

39 .         Liability for expense of cleaning

                All expenses incurred in connection with the disinfection or treatment of a vessel pursuant to this Part shall be borne by the owner of the vessel or his agent.
