Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) Where an inspector
has reasonable grounds to suspect that any potential carrier is infected by
disease he may request the owner or person in charge of that potential carrier
to submit it for inspection or testing, or for both, by him or by another
inspector.
(2) A person to whom
such a request is made shall comply with it.
Penalty: a fine of $1 000.
