ENZOOTIC DISEASES REGULATIONS 1970 - REG 85K

85K .         Responsibilities of property operators before animals are moved

                An operator of a property must not permit an animal to be moved to the property unless the property has a PIC.

        Penalty: a fine of $5 000.
