Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) Any person
receiving a request or direction from an inspector given under these
regulations shall, with due despatch, give effect to and carry out the request
or direction.
(2) Where any person
fails or neglects to give effect to or carry out any request so made, or any
direction so given, by an inspector, that requisition or direction may be
given effect to and carried out by the inspector at the owner’s expense,
and the expense incurred may be recovered in any competent court by and in the
name of the inspector.
(3) Where information
or documents in the possession or power of any person is required by an
inspector under these regulations and asked for by him, the information or
document shall without delay be given by that person to the inspector.
