regulation —
market rules means the market rules made under the
Electricity Industry Act 2004 Part 9;
wholesale electricity market commencement means
the time at which the first trading day under the market rules commences.
(2) After wholesale
electricity market commencement this Part (other than regulation 26) does
not apply to, or in relation to, a user if the user’s distribution
access agreement relates to any part of the South West interconnected system.
