Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A user must use
reasonable endeavours to ensure that the user’s actual demand at a
distribution connection does not exceed the contract maximum demand for that
distribution connection.
(2) A user must use
reasonable endeavours to ensure that the quantity of electricity transferred
to the electricity distribution network by or on behalf of the user at a
distribution connection does not exceed the declared sent‑out capacity
for the user in respect of that distribution connection.
