Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The Public Sector
Commissioner may in writing require the board —
(a) to
report to the Commissioner on the observance by members of staff of any code
of conduct in force under regulation 18; and
(b) to
make the reports at such times, but not more often than half‑yearly,
as the Commissioner
may specify.
(2) The board must
comply with a requirement made under subregulation (1).
(3) The Public Sector
Commissioner may at any time report to the Minister on any matter relating to
the observance by members of staff of a code of conduct in force under
regulation 18 that the Commissioner thinks should be brought to the
Minister’s attention.
