           Electricity Industry (Code of Conduct) Regulations 2005


1.       Citation


                  These regulations are the Electricity Industry (Code of
       Conduct) Regulations 2005.

2.       Terms used in these regulations


                  In these regulations -
         code of conduct and customer have the meanings given to those
       terms in section 78 of the Act.

3.       Purpose


                  These regulations are made in order to facilitate the
       operation of the code of conduct in relation to the supply and
       marketing of electricity to customers.

4.       Enactments which do not apply


                  The enactments listed in the Table to this regulation do
       not apply in relation to the supply and marketing of electricity to
       customers.
