otherwise requires, these by‑laws apply to all berth installations and
berth services whether the property of the Company and whether controlled or
managed by the Company or otherwise, and in relation to all vessels, motor
vehicles and persons in, entering, calling at, using, or departing from or in
the vicinity of the jetty and berth area.
