ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION REGULATIONS 1987 - REG 5O

5O .         Reduction, waiver, or refund of fees

                The Chief Executive Officer may reduce, waive, or refund, in whole or part, any fee referred to in these regulations relating to a works approval, licence, or registration.
