Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The Director may,
by notice in writing, exempt an owner of residential premises from the
requirements of regulation 13, 14 or 15, for such period, and on such
conditions, as the Director considers appropriate and are set out in that
notice.
(2) The Director must
not grant an exemption under subregulation (1) unless the Director is
satisfied that —
(a)
there are special circumstances which justify exempting the owner from the
requirements of regulation 13, 14 or 15, as the case requires; and
(b)
those circumstances are temporary; and
(c) the
exemption will not cause or allow to continue any undue risk of —
(i)
injury to a person; or
(ii)
damage to property.
