Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations A nominee is not
required to comply with a direction given to the nominee by his or her
employer in relation to electrical work if the nominee reasonably considers
that, if he or she were to comply with the direction, the work would not be
carried out in accordance with these regulations.
