Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) During any period
for which an electrical contractor’s licence is suspended under these
regulations, the holder is not authorised to carry on business as an
electrical contractor under the licence except that, where a suspension is
expressed to be of a limited nature, the authority conferred by the licence is
affected only to the extent specified.
(2) Subject to
subregulation (3), the Board may, by order in writing sent to the holder
of a suspended electrical contractor’s licence at the holder’s
last known address, revoke the suspension of the licence either wholly or to
the limited extent specified in the order, and the revocation has effect
according to its tenor from the date specified in the order.
(3) The Board cannot
to any extent revoke a suspension that was imposed by an order of the State
Administrative Tribunal unless it has applied for, and obtained, the approval
of the State Administrative Tribunal to do so.
