Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A person who fails
to do anything that person is required to do under these regulations or does
anything that that person is prohibited from doing under these regulations
commits an offence.
(2) Unless otherwise
provided, a person who commits an offence under these regulations is liable
to —
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $50 000; or
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $250 000.
