documents to the Clerk of the Council or the Clerk of the Assembly under
section 151 of the Act, the Returning Officer is to transmit a copy, in a
written form, of any electronic record made for the purposes of these
regulations that would have been required to be so transmitted if it had been
made in a written form.
(2) Section 155
of the Act applies to a record made under these regulations as if the record
were a document for the purposes of that section.
