APPARENT FAILURE TO VOTE — PENALTY NOTICE

It appears from the Western Australian Electoral Commission’s records that you did not vote at the State election held on [insert election date] .

The Electoral Act 1907 section 156 requires every elector to vote at a State election unless the elector has a valid and sufficient reason for not voting.
