ELECTRICITY (SUPPLY STANDARDS AND SYSTEM SAFETY) REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 46

46 .         General offence and penalty

                A person who, either by act or omission, contravenes these regulations commits an offence.

        Penalty: In the case of an individual — a fine of $50 000.

                In the case of a body corporate — a fine of $250 000.
