Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The offences
created by the provisions of the Act or these regulations specified in the
second column of Schedule 2 are prescribed for the purposes of
section 95(2)(f) of the Act.
(2) The amount
specified in the fourth column of Schedule 2 corresponding to an offence
created by a provision of the Act or these regulations specified in the second
column of that Schedule is the modified penalty for that offence.
