Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) Notice of an
application for the grant of a licence, to be advertised pursuant to
section 24(2) of the Act —
(a) is
to be in a form approved by the Commissioner; and
(b) is
to be published by the applicant in a newspaper with State‑wide
circulation within 3 months prior to, or 6 months after, the day on
which the application is made.
(2) The whole page of
the newspaper, in which notice of an application was advertised in accordance
with this regulation, is to be lodged with the Commissioner by the applicant,
at the same time as, or any time after, the application is lodged.
