FAMILY COURT RULES 1998 - REG 2

2 .         Terms used in these rules

                In these rules, unless the contrary intention appears — 

        child‑related proceedings includes proceedings that are child‑related proceedings within the meaning of the Family Law Act;

        court has the meaning referred to in section 8 of the Act;

        decree has the same meaning as in section 211 of the Act;

        Family Law Regulations means the Family Law Regulations 1984 of the Commonwealth;

        Family Law Rules means the Family Law Rules 2004 of the Commonwealth;

        section means section of the Act.
