Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) An order under the
Act referred to in section 223 in paragraph (f) of the definition of
order under this Act may be registered by filing a sealed copy of the order in
the registry of the first‑mentioned court referred to in
paragraph (g) of that definition.

(3) A decree within
the meaning of section 209A may be registered in any court by filing a
sealed copy of the order in the court’s registry.
