Form for Result of Sample Analysis Regulations
Prescribing the Form to be used by an Analyst in giving the Result of his
Analysis and Examination of a Sample.
In pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred by “ The
Health Act 1911 ,” His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia, by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof doth make the
following Regulation: —
The form to be used by an Analyst in giving the result of his analysis and
examination of any food, drug, or disinfectant shall be as set out in the
schedule hereto:
