Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The CEO may impose
such conditions or restrictions upon the grant or renewal of registration as
the CEO thinks fit, and may at any time by notice in writing vary or add to
any such conditions or restrictions.
(2) Without limiting
subregulation (1), a condition or restriction imposed under that
subregulation may limit the type of work that a person may perform in a State
forest or timber reserve.
(3) A person who is
registered under this Part as a timber worker shall not contravene a condition
or restriction imposed in relation to that registration under
subregulation (1).
Penalty: $2 000.
