Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The CEO is
responsible for the issue and supply of books of log delivery notes.
(2) Upon the issue of
a book of log delivery notes the CEO may require the recipient to sign a
receipt for the book.
(3) A person shall not
use a form of log delivery note other than a form supplied by the CEO.
Penalty: $50.
