Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) An application for
registration shall —
(a) be
made to the CEO in a form approved by the CEO; and
(b) be
accompanied by documentary evidence of any qualification held by the applicant
that relates to timber harvesting or the transport of timber.
(2) The applicant
shall provide the CEO with such further information as the CEO requires in any
particular case.
(3) An application for
registration may be delivered to —
(a) the
CEO; or
(b) the
forest officer in charge of a district in which the applicant intends to work.
