Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The holder of a
manufacturer’s licence who disposes of any firearm or ammunition shall

relation to any such transaction he had been the holder of a dealer’s
licence.
(2) The holder of a
manufacturer’s licence shall, in a permanent and legible manner,
maintain a record in a form approved by the Commissioner setting out a

later than the seventh day in each month lodge at the police station nearest
to the premises named in his licence, or at such other place as the
Commissioner may direct, a copy of that record for the preceding calendar
