FISH RESOURCES MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 10

10 .         Classes of fish prescribed (Act s. 45)

                For the purposes of the Act, the classes of fish listed —

            (a)         in Part 1 of Schedule 2 are commercially protected fish; and

            (b)         in Part 2 of Schedule 2 are totally protected fish.
