Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) If a person
applies to the CEO for the grant of a recreational fishing licence authorising
that person to engage in an activity by way of recreational fishing the CEO
may grant to the person a recreational fishing licence to engage in the
activity.
(2)
A recreational fishing licence is to —
(a)
specify that the person who holds the licence may engage in one or more of the
activities set out in the Table to this regulation; and
(b)
specify any letters and numbers (gear identification number) allocated in
respect of the licence, where the licence specifies that the licence holder
may fish for rock lobster or fish by means of a fishing net.
