Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The bag limit that
applies in respect of fish that a person is in possession of is the bag limit
that applies in any region or other area of the State in which the person is
in possession of any fish which would permit the person to be in possession of
the greatest number of fish.
(2) Despite
subregulation (1), the maximum quantity of fish that a person may be in
possession of must not exceed the bag limit that applies in respect of the
fish in the region or other area of the State where the fish is, or are,
located.
