Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) For the purposes
of section 51(1) of the Act the maximum quantity of abalone that a person
may be in possession of, other than at the person’s principal place of
residence, is —
(a) 20
abalone that are other than prescribed abalone; and
(b) 10
prescribed abalone.
(1a) For the purposes
of section 51(1) of the Act, the maximum quantity of abalone that a
person may have at the person’s principal place of residence
is —
(a) 80
abalone that are other than prescribed abalone; and
(b) 20
prescribed abalone.
(2) In this
regulation —
prescribed abalone means brownlip abalone,
greenlip abalone or any combination of those 2 species of abalone.
