Division —
approved automatic location communicator means an
automatic location communicator of a make, model or type approved in
accordance with regulation 55AA(1);
approved directions means directions approved in
accordance with regulation 55AA(3);
automatic location communicator or ALC
means —
(a) an
automatic device for tracking the location of a boat and transmitting accurate
information as to the geographical position, course and speed of the boat; and
(b) a
computer (including software) that is capable of facilitating the operation of
that device;
licence holder means the holder of a fishing boat
licence.
