FISH RESOURCES MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 64NA

64NA .         Prawn hand trawl nets not to be used in certain places

                A person must not use, or leave unattended, a prawn hand trawl net in the waters of —

            (a)         the Harvey Estuary and its tributaries; or

            (b)         the Peel Inlet and its tributaries; or

            (c)         the Channel Entrance to the Peel Inlet; or

            (d)         the Dawesville Cut.

        Penalty: $2 000.
